My Services

I offer individual mindfulness sessions, which teach you to reconnect with your body and to improve your health and wellbeing. These sessions are a combination of education, exercises and meditations, and include themes such as:

    Befriending the body
    Calming anxious thoughts and dealing with negative thought patterns
    Strategies for dealing with suffering
    How to reduce the stress response
    Self-compassion - learning to be kind to yourself
    How to re-wire the brain for increased wellbeing and happiness

These sessions can also be tailored to individual requirements - please contact me for further information. 
Sessions can be held online or in person, dependent upon your location.
I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call.
