Hi, I'm Jo
I am a mindfulness teacher, trained in mindfulness and compassion.
My previous career was very different. I had a busy, successful, yet stressful job in finance for many years, until in my late 30s I became ill and was diagnosed with Chronic fatigue/M.E.
I was ill for 14 years, but was finally able to heal through mindfulness techniques, listening to the wisdom of my body and learning how to interpret its messages.
Pivotal to my recovery was my mindfulness practice and the awareness and insights this taught me. This awareness has allowed me to calm my overactive nervous system and return to balance. I am now able to live a full, active life and I want to help others who are struggling with their health to do the same.
I want to help you to reclaim your health and vitality. To look forward to each day with excitement. To live your dreams.
My approach is gentle, nurturing and kind.
I teach a supportive and nurturing programme to educate and to provide you with tools and the knowledge to return to health. Return to who you are meant to be.
